AJOONI ENTERPRISES provides counseling, application assistance, and student support services for the online and distance programs offered by NMIMS CDOE.

1. Role Clarification & Fee Collection

AJOONI ENTERPRISES is a service provider and does not collect or hold university tuition fees.

  • Direct Payment: All academic fees (Admission Processing Fees, Tuition Fees, and Exam Fees) must be paid by the student directly to NMIMS via the official student portal or University-designated payment gateways.
  • No Tuition Handling: We do not charge, collect, or process university tuition on behalf of the student.
  • Refund Authority: Decisions regarding the refund of tuition fees are made exclusively by NMIMS University.

2. NMIMS University Refund Policy

Refunds, cancellations, and deferments are governed strictly by NMIMS University guidelines and University Grants Commission (UGC) norms.

Students must follow the University’s official process for:

  • Admission Withdrawal: Requests must be submitted via the NMIMS Student Zone portal.
  • Fee Refunds: Calculated based on the date of withdrawal relative to the admission cutoff.
  • Academic Cancellations: Subject to the University’s terms and conditions.

Note: AJOONI ENTERPRISES may assist in the documentation process, but the final refund amount and approval are determined solely by NMIMS.

3. Service Fees (AJOONI ENTERPRISES)

If AJOONI ENTERPRISES charges a separate administrative or counseling fee for premium support services:

  • This fee is for consulting and application processing services only.
  • These fees are non-refundable once the counseling process or application assistance has been initiated.
  • Refunds for service fees are only considered in cases of duplicate payments or if the specific support service was not rendered.

4. Timelines

  • University Refunds: NMIMS typically processes refunds within 30 to 45 days of an approved withdrawal request, though this is subject to University-specific schedules.

  • AJOONI Internal Refunds: Any approved service fee refunds from our end will be processed within 7–14 working days.
